ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES
Trenvelo works with multiple suppliers and fulfilment sources. Shipping availability, costs and delivery times therefore depend on the products in your order and your delivery destination.
Some eligible products include free shipping. Other products use supplier-specific shipping rates and may have a shipping charge.
The shipping options and charges applicable to your order are displayed at checkout before payment.
FREE SHIPPING & ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Free shipping is available on eligible products and destinations. A free-shipping offer shown for one product does not automatically apply to every product or destination.
Where a product qualifies for free shipping to your delivery address, the applicable free-shipping option will be reflected during checkout.
SUPPLIER-SPECIFIC SHIPPING
Some Trenvelo products are supplied through supplier-specific shipping profiles. These products may have their own shipping charges, shipping methods and delivery estimates.
If your order contains products from different suppliers or fulfilment sources, shipping charges and delivery times may differ between items.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, destination and carrier. Please check the delivery information available for your product and the shipping options presented at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges depending on the destination and applicable regulations.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing or fulfilment has started.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the delivery timeframe provided for your order, please contact us with your order number. We will review the available shipment information and assist you.
