How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination. Check the delivery information available for your item and the Shipping Policy for current guidance. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on the products in your order and your delivery destination. Eligible products include free shipping, while supplier-specific products may have separate shipping charges. Your exact shipping options and cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Trenvelo ships to supported international destinations. Availability, delivery estimates and shipping costs depend on the products ordered and destination and are confirmed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund & Return Policy. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.
Who pays return shipping?
For standard returns such as change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Trenvelo will provide an appropriate return solution.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@trenvelo.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will provide return instructions where the request is eligible.
