Shipping Policy


Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times


Europe (FR, DE, ES and other EU countries): 5–7 business days

North America (US, CA): 7–14 business days

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances

beyond our control.


Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at trendora.store360@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
